 There are many types of vaginal plastic surgery, the most three known ones are: Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty, and Hymenoplasty. Now what differentiates them from each other? That information will be discussed in the following paragraphs.Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure that focuses on repairing or treating vaginal defects, mostly structural ones, and the construction or reconstruction of a vagina. Another name for this is vaginal surgery. As is obvious by the words ‘construction or reconstruction of a vagina’, it can be noted down that this operation is also most often used by men who want to become female transsexuals. Labiaplasty, in the meantime, is a plastic surgery procedure that as the name connotes is involved with the labia. It is often referred to as labia minor reduction or just plain labial reduction. It is also part of the vaginoplasty for males turning female as the have no labia to speak of and thus it is needed to create one for them. Other than size reduction of the labia, this vaginal plastic surgery method is also used to repair the labia after a disease, injury, or for new mothers after childbirth. Nowadays, it seems to be part of a growing trend to make the female genitalia model like and younger looking. A common controversy about this issue is that most women who undertake this course of action are somehow influenced by their partners. Finally, there is Hymenoplasty, which is also known under the names: Hymenorrhaphy or hymen reconstruction surgery. Like the labiaplasty, it is a trend that has been growing number in followers in the United States. It is a procedure that will allow you to restore your hymen surgically. It is legal in some countries while others view this in contempt and thus ban the practice. | ||||||
